Parking
If you plan to bring your RV’s & Campervans you MUST TELL US IN ADVANCE! Space is limited. Beyond our allotted spaces we will have to charge for Campervan parking at an additional cost.
Cars will have to park a 5-10 minute walk away. We encourage as much carpooling as possible and taking public transportation. There will be some shuttles from bus/train stations in Åtvidaberg to the site (this must be prearranged! Please get in touch with us)
Accommodation
When booking your ticket you have the choice between: Camping, Shared Room, or Private Room.
Campers - Please bring your own camping gear and necessities.
Rooms - Please bring your own bed linens. We will do our best to assign the rooms by gender. If you would like to stay with friends please note it at checkout.
Food
Food is included in the ticket price. If you don’t want to be a part of our catering please get in touch with us and we will send you a link for a ticket without the food cost.
Predominantly vegetarian meals, with vegan and select meat options, will be prepared and served by Borkhult Lappem and our worktrade team.
We do our best to accommodate dietary needs. Please specify yours at checkout. The kitchen uses flour and nuts. If you have a severe allergy we cannot guarantee a safe kitchen.
Workshops
The cost of workshops ranges from 350:- to 1700:- depending on the length of the class. There may be additional Material costs to be paid onsite. (Workshops booked separately here)
There will also be talks and spaces to craft and gather outside the workshops.
Arrival & Departure
Arrive Thursday June 4th:
Arrive from 11:00am
Lunch from 12:30-13:30
Opening circle is at 13:30
Departure Sunday June 7th (this schedule is subject to change a little bit):
Last workshops 9:30-1
Closing Circle 1-1:30
Final Lunch together 1:30
Site Clean Up 1:30-20:00 (stay for 15 minutes or a couple hours to help!)
