Borkfest is an annual craft and artisan gathering bringing together makers, workshops, and hands-on experiences in beautiful Borkhult. Designed for lovers of craft, culture and creative practice. Borkfest features workshops, shared meals, and building connection to place and community. We aim to celebrate traditional and contemporary making.
Meet the founders:
We are Raleigh, Oliver, Matilda & Elisabet. We first connected through a love of craft, art and nature. Matilda and Elisabeth are the owners and dreamers behind Borkhult Lapphem. Raleigh & Oliver are makers and event organizers.
In 2022 we spent the summer together in Borkhult and a bond was formed. We are all passionate about the sharing of craft, art, and culture with community.
